Stop being the best-kept secret in tech. Build your signature 10-minute keynote and own the stage in 6 weeks.
You have the receipts and the expertise. Now it is time for people outside of your team to know your name.
BRAVE on Stage is the 6 week public speaking accelerator for women in tech who are ready to stop watching from the sidelines and start leading the conversation.
Next cohort begins Monday June 1st | Doors close 29th May
Fully virtual programme - join from anywhere. Strictly limited to 10 participants for high level coaching and the opportunity to showcase your talk in front of a live global audience.
You've been saying "I should really get into speaking" for over a year now
You sit in conference audiences knowing you could deliver a better presentation than the person on stage.
Your colleagues tell you that you should be the one speaking.
You open application forms only to close them when you cannot decide on a topic.
Every time you close that tab, you pay the visibility tax.
You miss out on the promotions, the international invites, and the job offers that go to those who are seen.
Staying "heads down" and doing great work is no longer enough to reach the top. You need to be the person people think of when your topic comes up.
Introducing… BRAVE on Stage
A high-touch 6-week accelerator for women in tech who want to build a magnetic 10-minute keynote, develop their signature speaking style, and deliver their talk to a live global audience at our virtual showcase.
It's a small group of 10 women max, with live online sessions, prerecorded video lessons, guided workbooks, two virtual private dress rehearsals with me, Amber Shand, and direct access to me and the cohort for the entire programme through our Circle online community.
It's trusting yourself to use your skills with your own story that's the hard part. The second you try, that voice kicks in: "this is self-indulgent," "nobody needs to hear this," "just cut to the practical stuff." And you can't argue with that voice alone.
BRAVE gives you the room to build your talk alongside other women doing the same work, with a coach who sees the thing you keep editing out.
The ROI is immediate. 60% of our previous participants were accepted to speak at external events before the program even finished.
"I know I should be speaking, but I genuinely don't know what I'd talk about.”
If I had a pound for every time someone said this to me, I could probably retire and live on a remote island.
Here's the thing: you do know what you'd talk about. You just have too many options, and nobody's helped you figure out which one is the strategic choice. The one that doesn't just sound interesting on stage, but actually positions you as the go-to person in your space. The one that makes a hiring manager remember your name. The one that turns a 10-minute conference slot into a conversation that changes your career.
That's literally what weeks 3, 4 and 5 of the programme are designed to do. You won't show up to the first session needing a finished idea and by the end, you'll have a talk you're proud of and a plan to get it on real stages.
Emily, Software Developer: From a bunch of floating ideas to a talk that felt like her
"I had a bunch of ideas floating around and struggled to get them to coalesce into a coherent plan. After working with Amber to find my core message, everything moved quite quickly. When my talk outline came together using the framework, the amazing thing was that it naturally brought out my individuality rather than feeling formulaic."

What we do inside Brave on Stage
-
Before you build anything, you need to get honest about what you actually want. Why speaking? Why now? What's been quietly stopping you? From this, we’ll map out a vision of the version of you who's already on stages and what confidence they’re embodying.
-
You'll discover your Speaker Archetype: The Rebel, The Heart, The Visionary, or The Strategist. Think Beyonce, a powerhouse on stage, grounded in interviews. Your style shifts depending on the room, but knowing your default is what makes you magnetic instead of forgettable.
-
Through the Message Matrix framework, you'll define what you actually want to say, who needs to hear it, and how your talk connects to your bigger career goals. This is where "I could talk about anything" becomes "this is my talk and here's why it matters".
-
You'll structure your 10-minute keynote using the talk framework. Designed to give you clarity and structure to keep an audience engaged with what your saying and how to communicate with clarity.
-
This is where good talks become great ones. You'll learn how to turn flat summaries into vivid scenes and weave your own stories into your keynote You'll practise delivering and get honest feedback.
-
Your final group session. Full delivery, detailed feedback, last refinements. By now you know your material and this session is about trusting it.
-
At the end of the programme, you’ll deliver your talk to a global audience live online. It’s a chance to put everything you’ve learned into practice, experience delivering your talk, and walk away knowing you can do it again anywhere.
3 out of 5 participants were accepted to speak at events before the programme even finished
Shav, Software Developer: From DEI panellist to solo speaker with a fully polished talk
“I came into BRAVE on Stage at a major crossroads. After a year-long hiatus and a history of doing DEI panels, I knew I was ready for a pivot. The programme was exactly what I needed to transition into this next chapter. I went from being comfortable in a group setting to being fully prepared to command the room solo. The most valuable part for me was learning how to curate my own content and slides into a presentation that builds authentic trust. I didn’t just want to talk; I wanted to connect. Now, I have a fully polished talk ready to deliver in person. If you’re looking to redefine your voice and step onto the stage with a message that truly makes a difference, this is the place to do it.”

Your Brave on Stage Guide - Amber Shand
I started as a Software Engineer with so many interests - I could talk about coding, career pivots, community building. I didn't know what to focus on or how to make speaking work for me strategically.
Once I figured out how to package my message, everything changed. People reached out months later with job opportunities. Corporate clients started DMing me. Speaking became the most powerful networking tool I'd ever found - my talks built trust and visibility that meant opportunities came looking for me.
100+ keynotes later with Google, Salesforce, and PwC, this is the framework that built my career.
