Speak on stage with confidence that actually feels like you
If you’ve secretly dreamed of being on stage but keep asking, “What would I even talk about?”, then this is for you. Brave on Stage is a six-week live accelerator for ambitious women in tech who want to shape their message, share it clearly, and step onto the stage with confidence.
Doors open in January 2026 for a February start
Ready to get brave on stage?
Let’s find out if this is your moment to start sharing your message.
You see other people saying the things you say in meetings, except they’re the ones getting invited to speak, getting noticed by leadership, getting promoted.
You know you have something valuable to share, but you want clarity and a message that feels true to you and connects with others.
You want to speak with confidence, not because you’ve memorised a script, but because you finally trust what you have to say.
You’ll finish Brave on Stage with…
A talk you’re proud of
You’ll leave knowing exactly what you want to say, how to say it, and how to keep your message clear, memorable, and true to you.
A way forward
You’ll leave knowing how to keep building on what you’ve created. How to pitch yourself, refine your talk, and stay connected with others doing the same.
New opportunities
You’ll be ready to use your talk to open doors. Speaking panels, leadership visibility, career growth. People will start to see you as someone with something to say.
Real confidence
You’ll understand how to manage nerves and speak with presence. You’ll feel comfortable in your own voice, not performing someone else’s idea of public speaking.
What we do inside Brave on Stage
-
Before the accelerator begins, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire about your goals, your why for public speaking, and what you want to be known for. This helps shape your experience and connects you with a small support group of women with similar goals.
-
You’ll get clear on why you want to speak and what being visible means to you. Together, we’ll look at the fears and beliefs that have kept you from speaking up and build a vision of what your future self on stage looks and feels like.
-
You’ll start to uncover what you really want to say and why it matters. Through guided exercises, you’ll define your unique message, the audience you want to reach, and what makes your perspective powerful. You’ll also explore how your talk could support your career or business goals.
-
You’ll learn how to structure your ideas in a way that holds attention and leaves people thinking about your message long after it ends. We’ll use storytelling and proven talk frameworks to help you build confidence in your content.
-
This is where it starts to click. You’ll experiment with different speaking archetypes, find what feels most natural, and learn how to use your voice, tone, and body language to hold a room. You’ll start to see what makes your delivery style uniquely yours.
-
You’ll practise your talk in a supportive space and get honest, constructive feedback from me and your peers. You’ll refine what works, let go of what doesn’t, and feel the difference between thinking about your talk and owning it.
-
We’ll finish with a session on how to take what you’ve built and turn it into opportunities. You’ll learn how to pitch your talk, reach out to organisers, and build momentum in your speaking journey.
-
At the end of the programme, you’ll deliver your talk in person at our live showcase in London. It’s a chance to put everything you’ve learned into practice, experience being on stage, and walk away knowing you can do it again anywhere.

I’m Amber 👋 Your Brave on Stage Guide
I started out as a software engineer, often sitting in meetings full of ideas but unsure how to speak up. I’d watch other people share their thoughts, lead projects, and get noticed while I stayed quiet. Not because I didn’t have something to say, but because I didn’t yet believe my voice mattered.
That started to change when I began presenting my ideas in meetings. Speaking up got me noticed by senior leadership and opened doors I didn’t even know were there. From there, I said yes to bigger opportunities like team presentations, panels, conferences. One talk turned into ninety. Now I speak internationally about confidence, visibility, and leadership for women in tech.
I’ve delivered talks and training for Google, Salesforce, Sage, Kraken, PwC, and Capgemini, helping people find their voice, advocate for their work, and lead with confidence.
Brave on Stage is the program I wish I’d had at the start of my career. It’s for women who are ready to stop waiting for confidence, start sharing their message, and take up space both on stage and in their careers.
Before you join

Brave on Stage is a six-week live accelerator for ambitious women in tech who want to speak with confidence and share their ideas clearly on stage. Across six weeks, you’ll learn how to uncover your message, write a talk that connects, and deliver it with authenticity and impact. The programme includes live coaching, structured lessons, and personal feedback, plus a live showcase in London where you’ll deliver your talk.
-
It’s for women who want to be more visible whether that means leading confidently in meetings, speaking at conferences, or getting noticed by senior leadership. You don’t need to have public speaking experience, only a desire to be heard and to grow.
-
You’ll get six live group sessions (each ninety minutes), practical workbooks and exercises, feedback on your talk, and access to a small, supportive community. Every participant receives personalised guidance and time to practise. The course ends with a live showcase in London where you’ll deliver your talk in person.
-
Not at all. The accelerator is designed for beginners and early-stage speakers who want to build confidence and structure. If you’ve spoken a few times but want to sound more natural and impactful, this will help you refine your skills.
-
All sessions are recorded, so you can catch up in your own time. You’ll still have access to the resources, community, and feedback. Live attendance is encouraged, but missing one won’t stop your progress.
-
Each live session runs for ninety minutes. Plan another one to two hours for exercises, reflection, and practice. That’s enough to see real growth without it feeling overwhelming.
