​Most engineering teams have spent a year or more with AI tools, and the individual workflows are broadly solved.

​BUT - what's far less solved is what happens when a whole engineering organisation does this at once. When every engineer builds their own way of working, you end up with as many conventions as you have people, no shared quality bar, costs nobody is watching, and a codebase that drifts in ways nobody planned.

​This event is for senior engineers who want a conversation about how teams are bringing actual engineering discipline to that problem.

​She Bytes Back is teaming up with Funding Circle for an evening of candid, technical talk from women in engineering about standards, context, cost, and ownership in the age of agents & AI with the version with the false starts left in.

​This is an approval-only event. We review every application to keep the room senior, technical, and genuinely useful to everyone in it. In practice, our recent events have averaged around seven years of industry experience, with the majority of attendees at five or more.
