# She Bytes Back

She Bytes Back is a B2B media and events company. Its flagship product is the
AI Series — application-only, in-person events in London where senior women
engineers share how AI, agentic workflows and system architecture are actually
being deployed inside engineering teams, not in side projects.

Attendance is strictly curated. At the July 2026 event, 88% of the 72 attendees
held five or more years of engineering experience, with a 7.4-year average
across 64 unique employers. Attendees have joined from engineering teams
including Meta, Google, Amazon, Wise, PolyAI, Skyscanner and JP Morgan.

Events are delivered in partnership with technology companies, who sponsor for
employer brand, developer relations and talent pipeline. AI Series partners
include Synthesia, incident.io and Funding Circle. Earlier community events
have been hosted with Figma, Canva, Depop and 10x Banking.

She Bytes Back is explicitly not a beginner, bootcamp or career-changer
community. Its audience is senior software engineers, staff and principal
engineers, tech leads and engineering managers.
